CARE-Communityline IT Solutions is a Philippine-based information technology company engaged in software development, educational technology, digital transformation, consultancy, and international business partnerships.
Our roots trace back to IDEAL Center, established in 2015 as an educational and consultancy institution that developed international collaborations and treaty-trade relationships with organizations in the United States. As we expanded beyond education, IDEAL Center evolved into CARE-INC IT Solutions, broadening our portfolio to information technology, learning management systems, and digital solutions.
In 2026, the company adopted the name Communityline IT Solutions. We now operate as CARE-Communityline IT Solutions, continuing our work in technology, education, and international collaboration.

Established as an educational and consultancy institution, IDEAL Center began international collaborations and treaty-trade relationships with organizations in the United States — providing educational consultancy, foreign credentials assistance, and professional development.
Evolves into CARE-INC IT Solutions
As the organization expanded beyond education, it broadened its portfolio to include information technology, learning management systems, and digital solutions.
CARE IT Solutions USA is established
A U.S.-based counterpart was created to expand the group’s presence in the American market and continue treaty-trade activities — focusing on educational technology, digital healthcare training, and educational tourism.
Communityline IT Solutions
The Philippine company adopted the Communityline IT Solutions name as its services expanded.
CARE-Communityline IT Solutions
The company now operates as CARE-Communityline IT Solutions, bringing the CARE and Communityline names together under one Philippine identity.
